Do we have to boil the milk before use?
Answer: Yes, as it is pure raw milk it needs to be boiled prior to use.
How many days is the expiry date of our fresh milk?
Answer: Our fresh milk expires after 1 day, but can be used after 1 or 2 days if refrigerated under 4 degrees.
What is your milk package size?
Answer: We offer a standard 1 litre milk pouch.
Is this cow’s or buffalo’s milk?
Answer: It’s 100% fresh cow’s milk with no adulteration.
Can you please tell us about the fat percentage?
Answer: It varies day by day, but stays between 4-4.5%
Is your milk processed or not?
Answer: Not at all, it’s 100% fresh without any additives. Our milk is tested daily using a milk analyzer.
Are you adding water to the milk?
Answer: TAZA don’t believe in any kind of adulteration. We have quality control equipment, and the quality of the milk is tested every day to ensure that there is no mixing. For customer satisfaction, we upload a daily quality report on our TAZA – Taste of Health app and website.
Do you have any physical shop or outlet?
Answer: We don’t have a physical store yet. We just deliver to homes across the city.
